Jason hates when I refer to chub night but it is something that I am hoping to do on a weekly basis.
Chub night, replacing pork chop night, simply refers to a meatless meal. As part of the David Suzki Nature Challenge we are going to eat one meal per week that does not contain meat. So far so good. The nature challenge highlights ten easy things that each of us can do to make a real impact on the environment. Check into the other nine at davidsuzuki.org
Also, the post on grace made me cry. I love the awesomeness of grace, not sure if there is any greater power in our world. When I tried to think of what a greater power might be they all seemed to stem from giving or receiving grace.
